FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
With the advent of very large scale integration (VLSI) designs, the number of applications of integrated circuits (ICs) in high-performance computing, controls, telecommunications and
consumer electronics has been rising at a very fast pace. Keeping in view of this, the Department of
Electronics & Communication Engineering will organize a one week Faculty Development Program
on “Trends and Issues in VLSI and Communication Engineering” from 08-01-2024 to 13-01-2024. The
main objective of the course is to discuss the current Trends & Issues on VLSI and Communication
Engineering. It will help to provide an opportunity to highlight recent trends and developments in the field
of communication engineering. This will train Faculty Members, Research scholars, and PG students of
AICTE-affiliated engineering colleges/Institutions.
